Oversee day-to-day works on site — quality control, executive documentation and coordination between subcontractors and the design. Read working drawings fluently and keep the schedule and as-built records accurate.
Lead a project end to end — budget, schedule, contractors and client communication. Own delivery from the monolithic frame through fit-out, keeping cost, quality and deadlines in balance.
Run cast-in-place concrete works on site — formwork, reinforcement and pouring. Manage crews and shifts, enforce safety and hit the concreting schedule to spec.
Prepare cost estimates and BOQs across the full construction cycle — monolithic, facade and fit-out. Strong command of Grand Smeta and estimating norms, with close coordination with the PM and site engineers.
